Free Phone Consultation
During your call you will be able to share your birth desires and ask any and all questions you have about doula services. This is a chance to get to know each other a bit more to see if we’re a good fit!

Prenatal Meetings
Your prenatal meetings serve as a space for you and your partner to share your birth desires, fears, questions, and more. You will receive evidence-based education to help make informed decisions throughout pregnancy and delivery. You will learn natural pain and stress relieving techniques for you and your partner to use throughout pregnancy and labor.

Labor & Delivery Support
Your doula will be on call 24/7 from 37 weeks until your baby’s arrival. Once in labor, your doula will provide emotional and physical support to reduce stress and pain including: position changes, aromatherapy, counterpressure, acupressure, and more.

Postpartum Support
You will be able to debrief your birth story, have basic newborn care questions answered, receive breastfeeding support, and gain guidance as your family unit adapts to your new arrival.
